2 Corinthians 4:8 – We are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not driven to despair. In this study, we will focus on the internal, emotional issues that the apostles faced and examine how modern Christians like us today can still find comfort.
2 Corinthians 1:4 – who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God. In this study, through the epistle of Paul to the Corinthians, we will examine how we can be a comfort to others.
2 Corinthians 5:15 – And he died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again. In this study, we will look at the death and the resurrection of Jesus and the reasons behind them.
2 Corinthians 7:8 – Even if I caused you sorrow by my letter, I do not regret it. Though I did regret it—I see that my letter hurt you, but only for a little while— In this study, we will look at Paul’s attitude as the writer of letters and his consideration for his recipients.
2 Corinthians 11:28 – Besides everything else, I face daily the pressure of my concern for all the churches. In this study, we will take a curious look at this pressure and compare it to the pressure we would normally face in our daily lives today.
2 Corinthians 5:17 – Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come! In this study, we will examine the paths to being a new creation.
2 Corinthians 13:5 – Examine yourselves to see whether you are in the faith; test yourselves. Do you not realize that Christ Jesus is in you—unless, of course, you fail the test? In this study we will examine the three points mentioned in this verse – to examine ourselves, to test ourselves and to know ourselves as Christians.
2 Corinthians 12:9 – But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. In this study we will use this verse to examine God’s grace and prayers.
2 Cor 5:7 – We live by faith, not by sight. In this study we will briefly compare the differences between living by faith and living by sight.
