Habakkuk 1:13 – Your eyes are too pure to look on evil; you cannot tolerate wrongdoing. Why then do you tolerate the treacherous? Why are you silent while the wicked swallow up those more righteous than themselves? In this study, we will examine the extent of the treachery that Habakkuk and the people of his time were subjected to, and what kind of attitude we should have when dealing with similar questions.
Habakkuk 2:14 – For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea. In this study, we will examine the depths of the Lord’s glory in context to the sorrows that Habakkuk found himself in and the injustice that he perceived among the people.
