In this study, we will examine the nature of public prayers, why we should do it, and how we should do it through the case study of Jesus Christ’s own prayer.

In this study, we will examine this seemingly self-depreciating declaration from Paul and find out why it is so important for us to have humility in grace, but not mock modesty.
Psalm 23:1 – The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not be in want. In today’s study, we will examine the imagery of the Lord as Shepherd and how he provides for us, that we will not be in want.
Romans 8:1 – Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. In this study we will look into the element of time in this verse and the key that triggered the change from condemnation to no condemnation.
John 6:68 – Simon Peter answered him, “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life. In this study we will ask ourselves this question and reflect upon the possible answers.
Luke 1:47 – and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior. In this study, using Mary as a case study, we will be looking into how we can focus on the Lord who brings us true joy even in potentially damaging circumstances.
Luke 2:52 – And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man. In this study we will examine why it is important to be in favour with both God and man.
John 16:33 – I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world. In this study, we will examine how this verse can be comforted and still have peace even in bad times.
Mark 6:34 – When Jesus landed and saw a large crowd, he had compassion on them, because they were like sheep without a shepherd. So he began teaching them many things. In this study, we will examine why exactly is teaching the people the greatest act of compassion that Christ had for us, and how teaching others the word of God is the best thing we can do for others.
1 John 2:6 – Whoever claims to live in him must live as Jesus did. In this study we will examine how important it is that we walk our talk and how we can begin through the smallest things in life.
John 6:27 – Do not work for food that spoils, but for food that endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you. For on him God the Father has placed his seal of approval. In this study, we will examine Jesus’ explanation that we should not work for physical and worldly needs and try to understand it in a practical manner.
