1 Corinthians 15:55 – “Where, O death, is your victory? Where, O death, is your sting?” In this study, we will examine the Christian concept of Death, and how we have been taught to see this ancient concept.
John 16:33 – I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world. In this study, we will examine how this verse can be comforted and still have peace even in bad times.
Mark 9:24 – Immediately the boy’s father exclaimed, “I do believe; help me overcome my unbelief!” In this study, we will analyse the faith or the lack of faith of the boy’s father and how faith is related to miracles.
John 1:5 – The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it. In this study, we will look at the ideas of the light and the darkness in the Bible, referring especially to John’s verses.
