Psalm 139:7 – Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence? In this verse David exalts the omnipresence of God, and in this study we will examine the ways that we can possibly be separated from God, and how all these are rendered useless in front of the omnipresent God.
Psalm 46:10 – Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth. In times of difficulties, when we stay still, we will be able to truly understand that our Lord is God, and have peace and rest in our assurance of His greatness.
Psalm 90:4 – For a thousand years in your sight are like a day that has just gone by, or like a watch in the night. God works on a different time scale than us. He is in no hurry. He can wait. And in comparison to the ‘clock of the heavens’, our lives are short, indeed.
