James 4:9 – Grieve, mourn and wail. Change your laughter to mourning and your joy to gloom. In this study we will examine why we should change our laughter to mourning and what it really means.
Isaiah 42:3 – A bruised reed he will not break, and a smoldering wick he will not snuff out. In faithfulness he will bring forth justice. God’s compassion for us is massive, and in this verse we shall examine some other acts of love- apart from sending Jesus to the cross – that God has done for us.
Psalm 43:4 – Then will I go unto the altar of God, unto God my exceeding joy: yea, upon the harp will I praise thee, O God my God. In this study, we will examine what it means to let God be our exceeding joy; and doing so will affect our relationship with him.
Zechariah 1:3 – Therefore tell the people: This is what the Lord Almighty says: ‘Return to me,’ declares the Lord Almighty, ‘and I will return to you,’ says the Lord Almighty. In this study we will take a very introductory look at the book of Zechariah and the promise in this verse.
