Romans 15:4 – For everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, so that through the endurance taught in the Scriptures and the encouragement they provide we might have hope. In this study we will look at the these scriptures and how they were written so many years ago as an evidence of God’s amazing constancy.
Romans 5:5 – And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us. We have never have any reason to be ashamed of our Christian hope, because it is not based on us or our circumstances, but it is rooted in God’s love for us, which is constant and abundant.
Romans 12:15 – Rejoice with those who rejoice, mourn with those who mourn. As Paul urges the Roman Church to love one another, he sets high definitions of the expected love and in this study, we’ll look at how we can empathize for others genuinely as well.
