Genesis 32:26 – Then the man said, “Let me go, for it is daybreak.” But Jacob replied, “I will not let you go unless you bless me.” In this study, we will examine the man Jacob and how he, the supplanter, finally became the man who perseveres with God with the end of this wrestle.
Job 42:13 – And he also had seven sons and three daughters. At the end of his suffering, after having prayed for his friends, God gave him twice as much as he had before. We know that God blessed Job with exactly double the amount of cattle that he had lost, but what about his children?

1 Chronicles 4:10 – Jabez cried out to the God of Israel, “Oh, that you would bless me and enlarge my territory! Let your hand be with me, and keep me from harm so that I will be free from pain.” And God granted his request.
