Malachi 3:6 – I the LORD do not change. So you, the descendants of Jacob, are not destroyed. In this study we will focus on the unchanging nature of the Lord using a dialectic style much like Malachi.
Romans 15:4 – For everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, so that through the endurance taught in the Scriptures and the encouragement they provide we might have hope. In this study we will look at the these scriptures and how they were written so many years ago as an evidence of God’s amazing constancy.
Isaiah 9:6 – for to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. In this study we will consider the roles of the Messiah as listed by Isaiah, on top of a little off-topic look at King Hezekiah.
Matthew 5:48 – Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect. In this study we will examine what is perfection in the mould of our heavenly Father. In this study, we will examine the perfection that belongs to God, and the perfection that we strive for when we imitate God.
Hebrews 13:8 – Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. In this study we will examine the unchanging nature of Christ and how our best response to this quality of the Lord is to be steadfast in our faith.
