Isaiah 49:16 – See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands; your walls are ever before me. In this study we will examine the analogies used in this verse and discover the depth of love our Lord has for us.
Luke 9:62 – Jesus replied, “No one who puts a hand to the plow and looks back is fit for service in the kingdom of God.” In this study we will look at the wider context of God’s kingdom and how necessary it is that we learn to let go and put God first.
Job 16:17 – yet my hands have been free of violence and my prayer is pure. In this study we will examine Job as a case study on keeping our prayers pure, even in hard times.
1 Chronicles 4:10 – Jabez cried out to the God of Israel, “Oh, that you would bless me and enlarge my territory! Let your hand be with me, and keep me from harm so that I will be free from pain.” And God granted his request.
Matthew 14:31- Immediately Jesus reached out his hand and caught him. “You of little faith,” he said, “why did you doubt?” The event of Jesus walking on water would have been but yet another of Jesus’ supernatural acts had not for Peter’s part in it. In this study we will discuss faith closely with doubt in close reference to the context of Peter.
