Philippians 1:23 – I am torn between the two: I desire to depart and be with Christ, which is better by far; In this study, we will focus on the first of Paul’s heart – on death – and ponder about Paul’s declaration that death is a situation that is better by far.
Jude 1:24 – To him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you before his glorious presence without fault and with great joy. In this study we will examine what it means to stumble and what it means to not stumble.
Psalm 115:2 – Why do the nations say, “Where is their God?” In this study we will be looking at three questions regarding the presence and existence of God.
Psalm 23:4 – Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. In this study, we will analyse this verse bit by bit with heavy reference to the rest of psalm 23.
1 Chronicles 16:11 – Look to the Lord and his strength; seek his face always. In this study we will examine the reasons why we should always seek God’s presence, in reference to the events that led to the return of the ark of covenant in the Old Testament.
Zephaniah 3:17 – The LORD your God is with you, he is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his love, he will rejoice over you with singing. In this study we will examine how important it is to recognise God’s mightiness and how we can then take comfort in his presence.
