2 Timothy 2:3 – if we are faithless, he remains faithful, for he cannot disown himself. In this study we will study God’s unbending faithfulness, manifested in his inability to disown himself.
James 4:7 – Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. In this study we will examine the direct relationship between submitting to God and resisting the devil, and the qualities that we need to have in order to do so.
Titus 2:12 – It teaches us to say “No” to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age. In this study we will examine what we say no to.
Hosea 4:6 – my people are destroyed from lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also reject you as my priests; because you have ignored the law of your God, I also will ignore your children. In this study we will examine Hosea and the subject of holy fear of the Lord.
1 Thessalonians 5:19 – Do not put out the Spirit’s fire. In this study we will examine the metaphor of the fire in reference to the Holy Spirit, and we will also dive into the topic of rejection.
